London, December 11., Despite the official denial, the Daily News asserts that the regalia of the Order of St. Patrick ; has been returned to Dublin Castle.
The paper states that the authorities knew where the regalia was within six weeks of the theft. ; "
Mr. L. Ginnell (M.P. for Westmeath North) asserts that the jewels had been within •" the reach of the authorities ever since they.- disappeared.
