By Telegraph—Press Association.—Copyright Calcutta, December 11. Further important evidence was given to-day at the trial of Clarke, Mrs. Fulham and a servant named Budha on the charge of murdering Mrs. Clark at Allahabad last month;
Bibu, Clark's former servant, stated that Clark called him into his bedroom some time ago and gave him three powders which he ordered him to put into Mrs. Clark's tea.
Clark promised to give witness 50 rupees and threatened to throttle him if anything leaked out. Witness handed Mrs. Clark the powders and said he wanted to leave. She then gave him his wages. : The Court announced that; in consequence of the result of a chemical analysis, Clark and Mrs. Fulham would, be charged with attempts to poison the late Mr. Fulham at Meerut in 1911, and also with his actual murder at Agra in November.
