MONEY MISAPPROPRIATED.

(Received December 12, 11.40 p.m.) London, December 12. Francis J. Take, a well-known and highly-respected British solicitor, died suddenly recently. An investigation made since his death shows that he was insolvent, and that he has been misappropriating money belonging to "Vvomen clients for many years. ■ The deficiency on his estate is £31,000.
