THE A. AND P. SHOW.
IMPROVING THE GROUNDS.
Tin; various sub-committees whoso duty it is to prepare, the Campbell showground for tho A. and P. Association's 1912
Metropolitan Agricultural Show, to be held on November 28, 29, and 30. have held several meetings on the ground, and
have resolved to carry out a number of improvements, all of which are calculated to meet with the hearty approval of exhibitors and public alike. It has been decided to rearrange tho judging'areas, and ample provision is being made for judging rings for draught and light horses and cattle, while tho pedigree cattle pens are being covered. The auxiliary stand is being removed and divided in two sections, and is to be placed alongside of the grandstand, one half at either end. Tin's arrangement will afford exceptional accommodation, and will give those who patronise the stands a splendid view of tho ring events and (lie show ground generally. Judges and exhibitors will, it is felt, be pleased with the arrangements being made in all tho departments, and perhaps more so in regard to those in tho cattle sections, .spacious judging and drafting rings are being provided in positions that will be the means of considerably reducing the labour, and will at tho same time centralise the work in the various departments. When making the arrangements, more particularly in the cattle sections, the requirements of stock auctioneers have been taken into consideration, so that exhibitor? who so desire may dispose of their slock under tho most favourable conditions. Considerable alterations have been made to the boxes at the main entrance, while ticket-boxes will be placed at the gates on tho Grcenlane Road. Th e public may therefore rely upon gaining admission to the show expeditiously
