NEW MEXICAN REVOLT.
ANXIETY IN AMERICA.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received October 22, 8.50 p.m.) Mexico City, October 22. The new insurrection led by General Diaz, and which has led to the capture of Vera Cruz, is assuming large proportions, and is causing great anxiety. The United States is still adhering to the policy of non-intervention, except in the event of American residents being imperilled.
