WOMEN AND THE VOTE.
I MARCH FROM EDINBURGH JO LONDON. By Telegraph—Press Arsociatlon.— London, October 12. Several members of the Women's Freedom League are starting tomorrow on a march from Edinburgh to London. On the way they will collect signatures to a petition to Parliament praying for the granting of the franchise to women. The Welsh National Liberal Council has passed a resolution favouring the incorporation of women's suffrage in the Government's franchise proposals.
