The letter of tho Auckland Sports Protection Association, regarding the ; retention of dividend fractions, has been forwarded by tho Minister for Justice to the Acting-Commissioner of Police. The allegation made in the letter., is that during several seasons , the Auckland - Racing Club has continuously broken Section, 35 of tho Gaming Act, in that the totalisator dividends havo not been paid to the nearest sixpence.
