NEWMARKET BOROUGH COUNCIL.
THE Newmarket Borough Council met last night. Present- The Mayor (Mr. D. Teed) and Messrs. jag. McColl, D. J. O'Meara. S. Donaldson, W. I'ookes, and W. J. Jaffrey.
