'pj 10 liquor was bought and sent to the pa at Tahoraiti for the purpose of entertaining the Dannevirke Hunt at the conclusion of a recent run. It was not partaken of by the natives.,

The purchaser was charged with taking intoxicating liquor into a pa. Counsel contended that the carrier who took the liquor to the pa should have been charged with the offence.: Decision was reserved.
