By Teitgtiph.~P:es9 Assoctetton.-OopyrlfEt. Fez, May 24. Mtjlai Hafi», Sultan of Morocco, has determined to abdicate. The Southern Pretender Mulai-el-Haibi has been proclaimed Sultan at Tarudant. His army now numbers 4000, and is receiving constant additions.
