LORD CHEYLESMORE REPLIES. By Telegraph.— Association.— London, February 28. ". In. an interview, Lord Cheylesmore, chairman of the National Rifle Association, replied to the Minister for Militia, (Mr.' Hughes) and other Canadian critics, who threaten that Canada may not send a team to Bisley unless its rifle (the Ross) is better treated in the conditions. Lord Cheylesmore said it was absurd to suggest that the new sighting regulations at Bisley were designed to handicap Canadians. The latter had been given an extension of time to alter their sights.
