(EecciTcd February 26. 12.25 a.m.) " Mexico City, February 25. Iris reported from Torrcon that the rebellion is making some headway. m the San Pedro district. It is stated that 200 rebels have been killed in fighting the regulars after an ambush. The Federals lost 11 killed. Washington, February 25. The United States troops along the Rio Grande have been reinforced in consequence of the disturbed state of the Mexico border. Orders have been given that all fighting on American territory must be stopped, even if crossing an international boundary is necessary to secure- this.
