THE KIDNAPPING INCIDENT.
NO NEWS OF THE CHILD. The little girl Gladys Kipp, who was forcibly taken away by two men on Thursday morning while on her way to school, has not yet been restored to her mother, although the police have instituted exhaustive inquiries in the hope of finding her and tho man primarily responsible for tho kidnapping incident.
