Roderick Mcintosh, John Bramley, Jas. Bodio, Wavol Cowdery, Douglas Edwards, Wm. Keymer, J. Brown, and ArnoldHare were each" fined sft, and costs 7s, for riding bicycles on the footpath at Birkenhead.' '. ■ • x . Though warned to leave several times, Herbert Percy Andrew Findley, persisted in going on the Ellerslie racecourse, and when he was finally ejected, became very abusive. For the trespass and obscene language he was fined £5. and costs 28s. Wm. Barrett was fined £1 for assaulting Alexander Davidson at Ellerslie on Janu* ary 20.
