LIBERAL PAPER PROTESTS. London, December 3. The Liberal Weekly Nation expresses the opinion that the House of Lords, being deprived, in the caso of the National Insurance Bill, of the powers of revision (which the Parliament Bill reserved) will be forced to race through vast , complications in a few hours. This is an unfair way of working the new Constitution.
