JURY FINDS COOPER INSANE. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. London, December 3. At the. inquest on Cooper (the farm hand, who killed Mr. Geo. Sanger at East Finchley, and attacked , two other men, afterwards committing suicide by lying in front of a railway train) the jury returned a verdict that Cooper was insane. The evidence showed that accusation of theft made against him preyed on his mind. ' "
