Sydney, November 10. In the Legislative Assembly to-day theBudget debate was resumed. Mr. Wade (Leader of the Opposition) gave notice of a motion to rescind the resolution suspending Mr. Wood (ono of the Opposition leaders, who is suspended until he apologises to the Speaker).
