AUCKLAND CLUB.
The members of the Auckland Golf Club have been notified that the Grimshaw memorial (bogey), postponed on Juno 10, will be played next Saturday, post entries being received. The mixed foursomes have been postponed until November 4. Tho conditions are now under tho consideration of the .Match Committee, and will be announced later. STOCK EXCHANGE V. PROFESSIONS. A match between representatives of the law, banks, and insurance offices, and members of the Stock Exchange, was played on the Middlcmore Park links on Monday, and resulted in a win for the former by eight to four. The following are particulars of the games, tho representatives of the professions being named first: —D. W. Duthie beat F. Hull, 6up and 4- to play; D. JSlacC'ormiek lost to E. A. Dargaville, 6 up and 4; H. D. Bamford beat O. Nettleton, 1 up; P. Hanna beat H. Carriek, 1 up at the 19th; T. D. Ball beat P. Laurence, 6 up and 5; H. P. Ivissling beat S. Ruddock, 1 up; JW. Hall beat A. Carriek, 3 up and 2; E. W. Cave beat lE. Anderson, 5 up and 3; H. P. Richmond lost to James rater, 3up and 2; «T. J. Kingston lost to H. Allen, 4 up and 3; G. Pierce beat M. George, 2 up; T. Jackson lost to D. Hay, 1 up at the 19th. AUCKLAND LADIES' CLUB. Juniors are reminded that tho one-club match takes place to-morrow. The seniors are also arranging a one-club mafcli amongst themselves.
