THE POLITICAL CRISIS. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright (Received July 30, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, July 30. A cablegram has been received from the State Premier (Mr. McGowen) concurring in the resignation of the Ministry. Mr. Wade has had an interview with the Lieutenant-Governor, and. it is understood that he is trying to form a Ministry. Mr. Neilson (Minister for Lands) is opposed to the caucus decision and to its land policy. He declares definitely that he cannot again accept a portfolio in the Labour Government, but will stick to the party loyally. • Mr. Gilbert has • been selected as the Liberal candidate for Mudgee.
