THE WOOL TARIFF.

VOTE THIS WEEK. (Received .Time 18, 5.5 p.m.) New York, June 17. In the House of Representatives Mr. Lougworth opposed the wool tariff schedule, and other representatives supported his opposition. The Democrats have decided to expedite the tariff legislation, in preference to all other measures. It is still probable that the vote on the wool tariff will be taken on Tuesday or Wednesday. The House of Representatives held a Saturday night session, with a view to concluding the debate.
