Th;e Liverpool Chamber of Commerce has unanimously resolved that the Australian Navigation Bill is not in conformity with the resolutions of the Colonial Shipping Conference of 1907, and has urged Mr. Asquith to impress upon Mr. Fisher the necessity for amending it.
