pea kino of the different education tests, Mr. R. Hamilton, headmaster of the Colac (Victoria) Grammar School, in a course of a speech last week, said he would like to see introduced an educational test for members oE Parliament. He thought no man should be allowed to enter Parliament to make laws until ho had passed a fairly searching examination in such subjects as hktory and political economy.
