DEATHS OF TWO MINERS.

The first fatalities front black damp in a West Australian colliery occurred at tho "Wallsend Proprietary mine last week, when W. D. Bedliugton (manager), 0. Baird (underground boss), George Hann (deputy underground boss), Arthur Sanders, Jimmy Aitkeii, W. Walker, and J. McLaughlin were affected by black-damp fumes arising from a lire in the old workings.
