There recently appeared in a Belfast paper tho announcement of the marriage of Mr. Hugh Mcßride, a well-known ami wealthy civil engineer, of Armagh. Tragical lv enough the notice of his death appeared the day previously. Mr. Mcßride was married and died the same day. (>n October 25 he led to the altar at Albertstreet Presbyterian Church, Belfast, his former typist. After the wedding the newly-married pair were proceeding to the railway station when the bridegroom, was taken suddenly ill and died a few hours later in the local hospital. _ The funeral took place on the Friday in Holywood (count}- Downs) cemetery. Ib had been arranged that Mr. and Mrs. Mcßride should cross to Liverpool with the object of proceeding with Mr. Meßride's brother and wife, who were also recently married, to Vancouver, British Columbia. After the funeral the latter, accompanied by the bride of d day, started .on their journey to >bo Far Week- -- - - - - ■ .
