As a result of a quarrel between two officers of a Don Cossack regiment and some horse-dealers dosing the annual Don district horse fair the officers were attacked by a mob, and were competed to use their revolvers in self-defence. They killed a peasant and wounded two policemen and three peasants, but in the end the mob killed one of the officers and seyereJ^^aondeeMhe^ ofrtpifcy.. , . - -
