The following return shows the quantity and value of gold and silver exported from tho several ports of New Zealand during the months of September, 1909 and 1910, and for the first nine months of those years: — GOLD. For the first nine months the export of gold was 372,8690z. valued at £1,474,877. For the corresponding period of last year tho quantity was 372,5180z, valued at £1.480,847." The silver exported last September totalled 127.0270z (£12,724), compared with 220,3970z (£22,020) for September, 1909. For the past nine months the silver aggregate was 1,323,4360z (£132,626), compared with 1,351,2330z (£134,703) last jcar.
