The sharemarkefc was still weaker on Saturday. . In investment stocks a sale was made in New Zealand ; Insurances at 77s 6d, and there were further buyers at 775, with sellers at 78s. A parcel of Auckland Trams'(prof.) sold at 23s 6d. In mining lines Waihis. again fell, selling at from £8 63. to £8 3s to £8 4s 6d to £8 3s to £8 3s 6d; closing quotations were buyers £8 3s, sellers £8 4s 6d. Grand Junctions wore also weaker, changing hands at from 27s to 27s 3d to 27s to 27s 3d. Talismans; were done at 525, and more could have been, bought at the same price, but further buyers would not give more than 51s 6d. Old Haurakis improved,; selling from 4s Id up to 4*Bd.
