MADMAN WITH A KNIFE.
By Telegraph.— Association.— Paris, February 9. A French Jack the Ripper is terrorising Pariis'. Six men and boys have been murderously attacked with a big knife. The assailant is supposed to be a madman. He does not attempt to rob his victims.
