, Berlin, November 29. ; neuter's Berlin Agency reports that Britain and Germany recently considered various questions concerning,, the frontiers between British Uganda and German .East Africa, "and between those colonies and the Congo.

Considerable anxiety is now, it ;is stated, manifested in certain quarters in Berlin, owing to an alleged secret agreement whereby it is reported Britain receives the Oportoro district in exchange for certain other territory. ■'

Several of the Berlin newspapers summon Herr Dernburg (German Colonial Secretary) to state the facts.
