New York, November 22. The New York " Times states that the authorities in Washington are dissatisfied with the explanation given by President Zelaya, of Nicaragua, concerning the executions of the two Americans caught serving with the revolutionary forces in that Republic. <. ;
The American Vice-consul at Managua (Nicaragua) declares ; that the executions were due to President Zelaya's personal enmity against one of the executed men;
The; State Department officials hold that -the men were engaged in a legitimate act of warfare. ; ;'
The cruiser Tacoma has been ordered from Cuba to Cristobal, where she will be available if necessary to transport marines from the canal zone. ■ .• - . ';' -', "
The gunboat Marietta has been sent to Port Lemon.- : '. .'
