MINERS' LABOUR EXCHANGE
ESTABLISHED IN GERMANY. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. Y .Berlin, November 8. The German mine-owners have organised a miners' labour exchange with twelve branches, besides the head office in Essen. The excitement among the miners has never been so high save during the strike of 1889. There is a strong feeling in favour of striking against the proposal.
