(Received November 2, 11.55 p.m.) London, November 2. In the House of Commons last evening Mr. McKenna (First Lord of the Admiralty) informed ■ Mr. A. H. Lee (ex-Civil Lord of the Admiralty) that the large armoured vessels offered by Australia and New. Zealand were not included in the eight armoured ships. the construction of which had been sanctioned this session.
