Supreme Court to-day a middleaged man named Alfred Binder, a seaman, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, for assaulting his shipmate, named Burn?. Harry McGill was convicted of breaking and entering the Dominion Clothing Company's shop, and stealing goods therefrom, sentence being deferred.
