A Cambridge farmer says that the lambing season in that district is in good progress, having opened very satisfactorily for flockowners (writes our correspondent). Feed is plentiful and the weather not unfavourable. While with some flocks the lambing season is over, others are not due to commence lambing till next month. Provided the weather conditions continue favourable, fat lambs are likely to be on the market earlier than usual this year.
