Dunkdin, Sunday. A . wharf labourer named Jas. Sharkie, aged 44, died in the hospital this morning as the result of blood poisoning. The deceased was working coal on the Warrimoo on the 2nd . inst., when he'sustained an abrasion on the back of. the hand. He worked for four days and then consulted a doctor, who ordered his removal to the hospital, where the arm was amputated, but; without avail.
