Foster, Whangarei, has been accepted for the "erection of station buildings at 'Towai, on the KawakawaGrahamtown railway, and; that of J. J. Aiken, of Frankton, for a new post office of wood at Oterehanga, The Government haa decided to call for, tenders Immediately for the construction of a road and railway bridge over the I Waiau River, between Cheviot-and Kaikcura. The estimated cost is about £20,000. ■ ' "
