(additional) of £400, authorised to be raised by above Road Board under the abovenientioned Act, for the purpose of clearing off an overdraft incurred in the further metalling of roads in the 1 • Waerenga Special Rating District, the ■ Whangamarino Road Board makes and V levies .a Special Rate of One-seventh of a Penny in the pound upon the ratable value of all ratable property in '. the Waerenpa Special Rating District, with the exception of Sections Nob. 481, • 499, 480, 391, 477 a, 476, 398. 429, 428. 390; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during file currency of such Loan, "and be payable yearly on the Ist day of August in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period of 41 years, or until the Loan is fully paid off.
