I hereby give notice that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by " The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908." and its Amendments, the Grey Lynn Borough Council, at a Special Meeting convened for that purpose, and held in the Council Chambers on Monday, Bth day of March, 1909, resolved as follows:— " That for the purpose of providing Interest and Sinking Fund and other charges on a Loan of £32,500 authorised to be raised by the Grey Lynn Borough Council, under the provisions of 'The Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1908.' and its Amendments, for the carrying out of Works, etc.. as fol- ■ lows: ■ ' _ . NOTICE.—The Valuation List for the City of Auckland for the year 1909-10 is now open for inspection at the Municipal Offices. Coburg-street. All objections thereto must be left at the Assessment Court (Stipendiary Magistrate's Court) on or before the 15th day of March. 1909, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Town Clerk's Office not leas than 10 days before the next Sitting of the said Court.
