VAST PLOT DISCOVERED.
BOMB IN A CAFE. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Copyright. (Received January 5. 1 a.m.) London, January 4. The Daily Mail states that a student momentarily deposited a packet containing a bomb on the table of the Central Cafe, at St. Petersburg, and that a waiter touched it and was killed. The police claim to have discovered a vast terrorist plot against the lives of members of the Imperial family and several high officials. Twenty arrests have been made, including several at the Imperial Palace of Tsarkoe Selo.
