CROQUET.
HAMILTON V. CAMBRIDGE. There was a large attendance'of members and friends on tho Cambridge lawns on Saturday afternoon to moot a party of players from Hamilton. Tho three lawns were in good order, end six games were played, the visitors and home players winning three games each. The ladies of tho committee dispensed afternoon tea, which was much appreciated by all. A number of the visitors returned to Hamilton by steam launch. Tho names of the players were as. follows, the Hamilton players being named first in each case: —Mrs. and Mr. Home v. Miss Vcale and Mr. Forbes, Mr. and Mrs. Bennett v. Mrs. Richardson and Mrs. McDormott, Mrs. Hyde and Mrs. Bennott v. Mrs. Richardson and Mrs. McDermott, Mrs. and Mr. Home v. Miss Veale and Mr. Forbes. Miss Walnutt and Mrs. Smith v. Mrs. 801 l and Mrs. Earl, Mrs. Smith and Miss Walmitt v. Mrs. Bunyard and Mrs. Bell.
