Millar that concession tickets will bo granted to all bowlers travelling to Christchurch for the bowling tournament. Applications for tickets must bo accompanied by forms signed by secretaries of the local clubs for competitors. Bona-ndo concessionaires may return singly, if preferred, not in a body, as is a general rule.
