Hamilton, Monday. Mr Cutten, S.M., gave a written judgment this morning in the case . Lucien Allen v. Chatfield. The plaintiff claimed £62 10s for commission on the sale of property. Judgment went for defendant with costs. Mr. McDiarmid appeared for plaintiff and Mr. Black for defendant. •
