At the quarter sessions to-day Montague Livingstone, late treasurer >at Her Majesty's, Theatre, pleaded guilty to stealing £103 19s 6(1, the property of Mr. J. 0. Williamson. .The Grown :Prosecutor stated that the total deficiency was between £5000 and £6000. The frauds were conducted by means of false signatures.
