Cambridge, Thursday. A special meeting of the Borough Council was held this evening to, the purpose of accepting one of the 14 competitive designs received for the proposed town hall, the successful architect to receive the prize of £10. The selection was reduced to four designs over the nom-de-plumes of "AngloIndian," "Nemo,"' "Progress," and "Te Whetu."
