CARDINAL LOGUE.
IRISH UNIVERSITY BILL.By Telegraph. Association Copyright. (.Received June 16, 10 p.m.) London, June. 16. Cardinal Logue has been presented with the freedom of the City of Cork. In his.speech in reply, on the occasion of the function, the Cardinal condemned the Irish University Bill, and also the attempted exclusion of Maynooth College from the operation of the Bill.
