Albert's Own) Hussars, n« an aide-de-camp, and Lord Richard Nevill as Chamberlain, the latter being a new appointment.' Captain Rome became a second lieutenant on November 16, 1898; first lieutenant, October 3, 1900; and captain, March 18, 1905. Lord Richard Nevill is well-known and very popular in Australia, .having' held appointments as A.D.C. or .private ' secretary on the staffs of more than one Governor.
