[Br TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Wednesday. A MEETING of police representatives to consider the advisableness of. joining the Public Service, Superannuation Fund resolved. "That, as the Public Service Superannuation Fund is defective, and as uccessarv amendments will have to be made to render it, acceptable to the service, it i- considered it would be of greater benefit to the police force as a whole to amend the Police Provident Fund regulations, so as to bring them into line with those of the Public Service.
