Whilst sincerely sharing in the general admiration mid appreciation of the lady who occupies the honourable position of Mayoress of our city, I think the prefix to her title is hardly tenable until tho Mayor of Auckland is riased to the dignity of a " Lord" Mayor. ■ Citizen.
