GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.
SPLIT IN THE RANKS. By Telegraph.Press Association.—Copyright. (Received January 13, 9.45 p.m.) Berlin, January 13. The split in the Navy League was due to Herr Keim's campaign under Prince von Bulow's auspices against the Catholic party at the general election. The Berlin and Brandsburg branches of the League have urged Herr Eeim to resign from the presidency of the league.
