SCULLING CHAMPIONSHIP.
APPROVAL OF THE COURSE. [BY telegraph. — PßESS association.] Wancantji, Monday. Tresidder, on being taken over the Kaiwhaiki course, 10 miles above the town, where the world's sculling championship will be rowed, expressed complete satisfaction with it. His views were endorsed by his trainer, Bain, and his pacemaker, Ford. The former considers it a far fairer course than Parramatta, and superior in every way. The _ finish will be three-quarters of a mile lower down the river than the finish in the Webb-Stanbury race, giving but one easy turn in three miles, with a mile straight at the finish. It has been definitely decided that the match shall take place on Tuesday, February 25.
